Work directly with me on a defined scope

You can engage me for a defined technical problem, an implementation workstream, a development requirement or a specialist review. I can collaborate with your internal team or implementation partner and take responsibility for an agreed scope of work.

Remote collaboration across countries

I welcome inquiries from businesses and ERP consultancies across countries, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico and Brazil. Fit depends on your system, the contribution you need and a workable collaboration arrangement.

Before starting, we agree meeting times and time-zone overlap, communication language, access arrangements, deliverables and review responsibilities. This website is in English; translated materials or another working language must be agreed rather than assumed.

Country-specific accounting, tax, payroll, regulatory and contractual requirements need the appropriate local expertise. We identify those dependencies when defining my scope.

A specialist contribution to your implementation team

Your consultancy or internal team can engage me for a defined GP issue, AL extension, integration, migration data workstream or technical review. We agree ownership, client communication, confidentiality, source access and handover with the people responsible for delivery.

I contribute as an individual specialist within the agreed scope. Availability, meeting overlap, fees, billing currency and any procurement requirements are discussed before an engagement is accepted.

Start with the requirement

We discuss your environment, the affected process, current constraints and the result you need. I assess whether my experience fits the requirement and identify any information needed for a useful next step.

Agree the scope

I define responsibilities, deliverables, dependencies and acceptance criteria. Access requirements, important assumptions and exclusions are made explicit before work begins.

Review progress as the work develops

I investigate, design and implement against the agreed scope, sharing findings and changes for review. Testing covers the relevant business behavior and exceptions.

Receive the work and supporting documentation

The handoff includes the relevant code, configuration, test evidence and documentation for your team to operate and maintain the change.

Common questions

Will I work directly with you?

Yes. This site represents my individual consulting work. We agree my responsibilities and how I will collaborate with your team before the engagement starts.

Can you work with U.S. clients remotely?

Yes. I have extensive experience working with U.S.-based organizations. Meeting schedules, access, delivery expectations and any required working-hour overlap are agreed for the engagement.

Can you join an existing implementation or development effort?

Yes. My scope can focus on a module, integration, extension, data workstream, diagnosis or technical review, with clear ownership alongside your existing team.

Does every GP requirement lead to migration?

No. The immediate requirement may be support, an upgrade, a customization or a repaired integration. A platform transition needs its own assessment.

How are pricing and availability decided?

They are discussed after the scope, responsibilities and delivery needs are understood. Contact me with your requirement to assess fit and availability.

What should I send before we discuss the work?

Share the application and version, a brief description of the problem or change, its business impact and any important timing. Credentials, production data and confidential documents can wait until we agree a suitable way to share them.

YOUR NEXT STEP
