Website visits and hosting
The site is hosted on MilesWeb. Serving a page can involve processing connection information such as an IP address, requested URL and browser information in hosting logs.
Automatic private page-load counts
Page-load counting is automatic, with no settings or acceptance button. The browser sends only this page's published path to this website. The server uses the connection IP address transiently to look up an approximate country in a local hosting database. The IP is not stored in the counters or sent to an external lookup service. The counter keeps separate daily totals by page and country for a rolling 90-day window, stored privately outside the website's public folder. Older totals are removed when a count is recorded or a report is opened. It does not store visitor identifiers, cookies, IP addresses, referrers, device information, query strings or inquiry content. The hosting service's ordinary request logs are separate from these counters.
Country estimates can reflect a VPN or proxy location rather than your physical location. Unresolved and earlier counts are marked unknown; city or precise location is not collected. These totals measure recorded page loads, including repeat visits and reloads. They do not identify unique people or establish that a visit came from a prospective client.
Google Analytics
Google Analytics measures visits automatically without an acceptance popup. It is separate from the private counters, whose totals are not forwarded to Google. Google may receive page-view, browser/device and approximate location information. Page URLs exclude query strings and fragments; referrers are limited to the referring origin. No inquiry content or User-ID is sent by this implementation. Advertising features and Google signals are disabled.
Analytics storage is denied for visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland; limited cookieless measurements may still be sent. Elsewhere analytics storage is enabled by default and Google may use cookies with a configured 90-day expiry without renewal on activity. Earlier analytics rejections and supported browser Global Privacy Control signals prevent the Google tag from loading. There is no acceptance popup or automatic claim that a visitor consented. These technical settings are not a guarantee of legal compliance or complete measurement.

Inquiries and external services
There is no website inquiry form. Email links open your email application; email correspondence is handled through Microsoft 365. Information you choose to send is used to understand and respond to your requirement and, if agreed, manage the engagement. Keep credentials, production records and confidential attachments out of your initial message.
WhatsApp, LinkedIn and other external links take you to services with their own data practices. Their processing is described in their respective privacy notices. Clicking a contact link does not mean that an inquiry has been sent or accepted.
Questions about your information
Email me with a question or request concerning information you have shared. Retention, confidentiality and any additional handling requirements for project materials are discussed as part of the engagement. Do not send sensitive records merely to identify an inquiry; agree a suitable sharing method first.
